Betty Lou Vandall, 75 of Sandstone died at 1:40 p.m. Thursday April 26, 2018 at Beckley A.R.H. in Beckley following a sudden illness.

Born March 22, 1943 at Williamson, WV she was the daughter of the late Abe and Nancy Isaac Dunn.

Betty was a retired construction worker with the WV Laborers Union and was a member of the Church of the Living God at Madams Creek. She enjoyed singing at church and working in her yard. She will be missed by her entire family.

She was preceded in death by four brothers, Thomas, Clark, Robert and Billy Dunn.

Survivors include one brother, John Dunn of Sandstone and five sisters, Sue Smith (John) of Meadow Creek, Barbara Dunn of Sandstone, Linda Dunn of Princeton, Mary Case (Charles) of Sandstone and Cathi Hunter of Belleview, OH. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday April 29, 2018 at Pivont Funeral Home Chapel in Hinton with Evangelist Shirley Sheets and Pastor Ron Iddings officiating. Burial will follow in the King Cemetery at Sandstone. Friends may call from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
