Bobby Lee Richmond, 65 of Hinton, died at 12:40 p.m. Tuesday Dec. 10, 2019 at his home following a long illness.

Born Oct. 3, 1954 in Hinton, he was the son of the late Denver C. and Margaret Grimmett Richmond.

Bobby was a U.S. Army veteran and was a lifelong resident of Summers County.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Denver Richmond, Jr.

Survivors include a son, Bobby Lee Richmond Jr. of Hinton; one daughter, Audrey Phillips of Beckley; two brothers, Tommy L. Richmond of Florida and Ronnie J. Richmond of Ohio; three sisters, Norma Jean Richmond of New Jersey, Eva June Bragg of Meadow Bridge and Ruth Ann Matheny of Hinton.

Cremation services have been provided by Pivont Funeral Home. A family committal will be held at a later date.
