Charles Richard "Bud" Wiseman, 82 of Zion Mountain, beloved father and brother, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday September 5, 2018 at CAMC Memorial Division in Charleston following a short illness.

Born October 5, 1935 in Hinton, he was the son of the late Clarence and Opal Keffer Wiseman.

Bud was a retired truck driver and heavy equipment mechanic. He was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed farming, gardening and hunting. He was a lifelong resident of Summers County.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Carden Wiseman, 2 children, Charles R. Wiseman, Jr. and Patty Wiseman; two brothers, Ashby and Roy Wiseman and three sisters, Uma Wiseman, June Wiseman and Geneva Willey.

Survivors include a son, Scott Wiseman at home and a daughter, Sara Wiseman at home. One sister, Ruby Pearl Wiseman Young and husband Philip of Milton. Brother-in-law, Bill Willey of Zion Mountain, sister-in-law, Billie Hatfield Wiseman of Forest Hills, KY and a special friend, Dennis Bennett.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday September 8 ^th , 2018 at Pivont Funeral Home Chapel in Hinton with Pastor Robbie Merritt officiating.  Burial will follow in the Wiseman Cemetery on Zion Mountain. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until time of services on Saturday at the funeral home.
