Christopher Michael Summers, 43 of Pence Springs, passed away Sunday November 6, 2022 at his home.

Born September 4, 1979 in Savannah, GA he was the son of Teresa Hunter of Pence Springs.

Chris was a retail clerk and enjoyed spending time with his family.

Survivors include his mother, Teresa Hunter of Pence Springs; grandparents, Glen and Kathy Hunter of Pence Springs; brother, Tony Yates and wife Cherish of Charleston, WV; sisters, Frances Lewis and Kathryn Hunter, both of Pence Springs; step-father, Joseph Lewis of Pence Springs; aunts, Lois Sokolu of Alderson and Sharon Jones of Savannah, GA; three nieces and five nephews also survive.

Cremation services have been provided by Pivont Funeral Home and there will be no services at the funeral home.
