Cora Lee O'Bryan, of Whitehall Ohio, formerly of Summers County, passed Saturday, November 21, 2020, at her home following a sudden illness.

Born in Hinton, WV she was the daughter of the late George and Lottie Pitzer.

Ms. O'Bryan was a retired dental assistant having worked in Columbus, Ohio. She was a member of Upland Church and attended Faith Lutheran while living in Ohio. She enjoyed singing in the choir at church and spending time with her beloved family. She had been a resident of Ohio since 1969.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard O'Bryan; one son, Lewis O'Bryan; six brothers and three sisters.

Survivors include a son, Bob O'Bryan and wife Deb of Cincinnati, OH; three daughters, Sheila Slye and husband Steve of Gahanna, OH, Lisa Hamilton of Hilliard, OH, and Barbara Perry and husband Joe, of Gahanna, OH; six grandchildren, Derek and wife Cathy Martin, C.J. O'Bryan and fiancé Alex, Meghan O'Bryan, Nicholas Von Moegen, Paige Hamilton, and Bryan Von Moegen; two great granddaughters, Chloe and Hailey Martin.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Friday, November 27, 2020, at Pivont Funeral Home Chapel in Hinton. Burial will follow in Upland Cemetery near Hinton. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services on Friday at the funeral home.
