Eric Alan Noel, 41 passed away Friday October 12, 2018 in Wheeling Hospital after a sudden illness.

He was born in Wheeling and attended Wheeling Park High School. He was an All-State football player and was on the wrestling and baseball teams. He attended West Virginia University. He was employed at Taylor's Preowned Auto in Fulton.

He was an avid sports enthusiast and played softball and golf.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Valerie Noel; grandfathers, Henry Noel and Ed Cain.

Surviving are two daughters, Kamryn and Maddi, both of Wheeling; his father Jim Noel and wife Sue of Salem, VA; a brother, Brian Noel of Weirton, WV. Grandmother, Ruth Noel of Hinton.

He was an organ donor and many will be helped. A memorial service/benefit will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday October 21, 2018 at the Italian American Club in Elm Grove, WV. Friends and family are welcome.

In lieu of flowers, donations are being made through "Go Fund Me / Eric Noel Memorial". All proceeds go to a 529 Plan to help with his two Daughters' education.
