Frances Hall Corker, 91, of Mechanicsville, VA formerly of Hinton passed away Wednesday July 21, 2021, in Mechanicsville following a long illness.

Born February 20, 1930, in Raceland, KY she was the daughter of the late James R. and Eulenia Compton Hall.

Frances was a graduate of Hinton High School, a devoted member of Riverview Chapel in Hinton and late in life a member of the Sandston Baptist Church in Sandston VA.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband C.C. Corker, Jr

She is survived by two daughters; Patty Flegal, and Christine Corker, one sister Mildred Perry. Three grandchildren; Christopher Brandon, Johnathan Brandon and Dawn Smith.  Three great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren also survive.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 P.M. Friday July 23, 2021 at Restwood Memorial Gardens in Hinton with her nephew Demetrius Apostolon, of Kenova WV officiating.

There will no visitation and anyone wishing to attend the service are ask to meet at the cemetery.
