Frances A. Wills, 94, of Fincastle, VA, formerly of Hinton, WV, passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2023.  She was born June 22, 1928 in Hinton and was the daughter of the late Jack and Doyle Cook.

She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

Other than her parents, those preceding her in death was her husband, J. R. Wills; son, Billy Ray Wills; brothers, Buck, Pete and John Cook; and sister, Hattie Thompson.  She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Ellen Rodes Wills; two sisters-in-law, Glenna Cook of Wayside, WV and Novella Cook of TN.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at the Restwood Memorial Gardens with Pastor Don Hannah officiating. Those wishing to attend the services are asked to meet at the cemetery.
