Isabelle Neal, 98 of Hinton, passed away at 9:15 a.m. Friday September 11, 2020 at Summers Nursing and Rehabilitation Center at Hilldale following a long illness.

Born July 30, 1922 in Summers County, she was the daughter of the late Robert L. and Nannie Williams Ratliff.

Isabelle was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. She was a lifelong resident of Summers County.

Isabelle was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Neal.

Survivors include a son, Howard "Bernie" Neal and wife Anne of Hinton; a granddaughter, Cheri Hughes and husband Jess of Oceana, WV; two great grandsons, Brian and Andy Martin; two great, great grandchildren, Lucas and Haley Martin; two step-grandchildren, Tammy Cox and husband Larry and Lee Roy Ward; step-great grandson, Josh Cox and a step great, great grandson, Matthew Ward.

There will be no public services at this time at Ms. Neals' request. Interment will be in Greenbrier Burial Park in Hinton.
