James Clifford (Jimmy) Williams, Jr., 70, of Hinton, went home to be with the Lord, on Sunday, August 30, 2020, following a long illness.

He was born, June 12, 1950, in Hinton, the son of James Clifford, Sr, and Bonnie Basham Williams.

He was a graduate of Hinton High School, and was retired from Williams Transport.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and he was of the Baptist faith.

Those left to cherish is memory are his wife of 50 years, Brenda Hartwell Williams, a son Mark Williams of Hinton, and a daughter Missy Ward and husband Andy of Hinton.  Also surviving are his five grandchildren, Landon Williams, Abbie Williams, Megan Smith, Zachary Ward and Katie Ward, and two great grandchildren, Macie Smith, and Jensen Smith.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on, Wednesday, September 2, 2020, at Pivont Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Sonny Angell officiating.  Cremation will follow the service.  Friends may call from 12:00 p.m. until time of the service.
