Jason Lee Boone, 34, of Ballard, died Tuesday, February 14, 2017.

He was born July 2, 1982, in Richmond, VA, and is the son of Patsy Ann Mills Boone of Judson, and the late Kerwin Boone.

Jason was a graduate of Summers County High School with the class of 2000.  He was an employee of Twin State Salon Supply, Inc., in Hinton.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and being with his children.

He was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents James and Dicie Boone, and his maternal grandfather, Kelly Mills.

Besides his mother, survivors include good friend and mother of his children, Jessie Liming; a son Jacob Boone, and three daughters, Jaelynn Boone, Jenna Boone, and Jessa Boone, all of Judson.  A sister Savannah Boone and companion Raymond Smith, and niece Reylan Smith, all of Ballard. Maternal grandmother, Jean C. Mills of Judson. Several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and friends also survive.

Funeral services will be held Monday, February 20, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. at Pivont Funeral Chapel in Hinton, with Pastor Wilford Adkins officiating.  Burial will follow at the Tempa Church Cemertery, at Tempa.  Friends may call at the Pivont Funeral Home, on Sunday, February 19, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
