JoAnna Susan Horton, affectionately known as "Susie", of Princeton, WV went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at the age of 59.

Born on July 8,1965 in Summersville, WV, she was the daughter of the late Joeseph Bennett and Naomi Crawford Lilly Bennett.

Joanna was of the Baptist faith and was a devout Christian.  She had a talent for making Paparazzi jewelry and dearly loved her dog, Lucy Bell. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends, especially her girls.  She was so proud of each one of them and would tell them "Mommy loves her girls all the worldlies."

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Overton J. "Sonny" Bennett.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Stanley Horton; daughters, Cherish Crook of Hinton, WV, Chloe Reed-Bennett of Rainelle, WV, JoAnna Willis (Jeremy) of Rainelle, WV, and Jessica Gross of Edgewater, FL; brothers, Jeff Bennett of Canvas, WV and Ricky Bennett of Montgomery, WV; sisters, Norma Rookstool of Virginia and Christine Ward of Pipestem, WV; grandchildren:  Kaydyn, Kase, Desirae, Zeriah, Ryleigh, Everette, Bo, and Finn; special friend, Val-Angela Dodd.

Cremation services have been provided by Pivont Funeral Home.  A memorial service to celebrate Joanna's life will be scheduled at a later date.
