Joyce Ann Scott, 73, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, November 17, 2023 at Seneca Trail Health Care in Fairlea, WV.

Born on April 28, 1950 in Clear Creek, WV she was the daughter of the late Donald and Mary Fraley Collins.

She was a homemaker and a devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother.  She was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed watching television.  Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.

Besides her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her husband Jerry Scott; brothers David and Glen Collins; sisters Peggy and Linda Carr and Janice Collins, who died as an infant.

Those left to cherish her memory include her sons Roger Bower and wife Michelle of Niles, MI and David Bower and wife Jessica of Lewisburg, WV; grandchildren Brittany Collins of Bunnell, FL, Tristan Bower of Niles, MI, Hunter and Emma Bower of Lewisburg, WV; former husband Reggie Bower of Lewisburg, WV; several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

Cremation services have been provided by Pivont Funeral Home.  A private ceremony celebrating her life will be held by her family at a later date.
