Kathryn Rosa Weidner, 79 of Hinton, passed away Saturday March 26, 2022 at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley following a long illness.

Born February 22, 1943 in Camden, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Robert Stevenson and Clara Louise Mish Kennedy.

Ms. Weidner was retired from commercial sales and was a US Army veteran and spent many years in the Air Force reserves. She was a former farmer and horse breeder, supported the arts, and was a foster parent. She was also a member of the Civil Air Patrol for many years. Most of all she love her family dearly.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin G. Weidner; one brother, Robert S. Kennedy, Jr and two sisters, Patricia Kennedy Watson and Suzanne Kennedy Heilman.

Survivors include a sister, Colleen Kennedy Vickers and husband James of Deltona, FL along with several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

At Kathryn's request, cremation services have been provided by Pivont Funeral Home and interment will be at a later date in Pennsylvania.
