Ms. Lenora Keeter Johnson, 75 of Dunbar, WV passed away Wednesday June 19, 2024 at her home following a long illness.

Born June 17, 1949 at Sandstone, WV she was the daughter of the late Ben and Rachel Marion Johnson.

Lenora attended Sandstone High School and was formerly employed by Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation in Georgia and was a homemaker. She enjoyed crocheting and making dolls in her spare time. Most of all, she loved being with her family. Lenora was a Christian and will be missed by her children and grandchildren immensely.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, John Gillian and one daughter, Beth Gillian, her husband Bill Keeter, one brother, Robert Johnson, one sister, Wilda Stamper, and one grandson, Dean Emerson Adkins.

Survivors include two sons, Bobby Gillian and wife Karen of Dunbar, WV and Charles Nobles of Georgia; two daughters, Beverly Singley and husband Jesse of Jackson, Georgia and Martha Stanley of Dunbar, WV; one sister, Anna Rohrings and husband Rick of Idaho. Twelve grandchildren, Shanda Ennis, Bobbie Gail Gillian, Kyllan Gillian, Megan Nobles, Morgan Nobles, Jose Garcia, Shawn Stanley, Jessica and Jason Griffin, Samuel Singley, Alyssa and Joe Lowe and Rebecca Singley. Twenty great grandchildren, Shelby Rose Adkins, Ethan White, Aden White, Izaa Morton, Kyla Gillian, Ky'ala Gillian, Kaitlyn Jackson, Gus Jackson, Carrie Jackson, Cheyenne Jackson, Aiden Toth, Briley Roto, Gilbert Roto, Jr., Landon Roto, Kinley Roto, Kayleigh Henry, Peyton Singley, Raelynn Singley, and Savannah Mcallister. Two great, great grandchildren, Timothy King Foster, Alani Carolyn Foster also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday June 23rd 2024 at Pivont Funeral Home Chapel in Hinton with Minister Charles Knight officiating. Burial will follow in the Hicks Cemetery on Swell Mountain near Sandstone. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until time of services on Sunday at the funeral home.

Family members will serve as pallbearers.
