Linda Sue Wills, 69 of Madams Creek, died at 7:30 a.m. Friday July 22, 2016 at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley following a long illness.

Born April 29, 1947 in Summers County, she was the daughter of the late Albert Whitman and Ida Belle Lilly.

Sue was a graduate of Hinton High School and operated Sue's Day Care for 35 years in Hinton. She was a member of Martha's Chapel Methodist Church at Madams Creek and was a former Sunday School teacher at the church. Sue enjoyed quilting and sewing and was a lifelong resident of Summers County. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Ray Wills, Sr.; a son, Jimmy Ray Wills, Jr. and a step-sister, Faye Lilly Massahos.

Survivors include a daughter, Libby Meadows and husband Timmy of Madams Creek; two grandchildren, Josh Meadows and wife Kassie and Tyler Wills; two brothers, Jimmy Lilly and wife Marcy of Birch River, WV and Michael "Sput" Lilly of Ellison Ridge; two sisters, Kathy Goodwin and husband Steve of Nimitz and Jan Plumley of Hinton; a step-sister, Jane Lilly of Nimitz; mother-in-law, Virginia Wills of Madams Creek along with several nieces and nephews and a special lifelong friend, Roberta Wheeler of Hinton.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to Southern WV Hospice nurses, Kathy and Stacy for the care and support during Sue's illness.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday July 26, 2016 at Pivont Funeral Home Chapel in Hinton with Pastor Robbie Merritt officiating. Burial will follow in Restwood Memorial Gardens in Hinton. Friends may call from 6 until 8 p.m. Monday evening at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be; Chuck Westfall, Calvin Lane, Scott Stennett, Timmy Adkins, Justin Turner and Jesse Bragg.
