Lionel Grant Dick 62 of Ramp, died at 11:55 p.m. Saturday May 7, 2022 at his home following a long illness.

Born December 20, 1959 in Summers County, he was the son of the late Walter Jennings and Sallie Frances Bragg Dick.

Mr. Dick was a farmer and was a member of Ramp Holiness Church. He was also an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and gardening. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and church family and friends. Mr. Dick was a lifelong resident of Summers County.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Leonard, Larry and Lewis Dick and one sister, Loretta Dick.

Survivors include a brother, Lloyd Allen Dick and wife Faye of Hix; three sisters, Linda Wood of Ramp, with whom he resided, Lorene Marie Ward and husband James of Chestnut Mountain and Lila Lou Allen and husband Arnold of Lebanon, OH. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday May 10, 2022 at Pivont Funeral Home Chapel in Hinton with Pastor Felix Baker officiating. Burial will follow in the O'Bryan Cemetery at Hix. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be; Chris Wheeler, Jacob, Joe and Michael Northern, Jesse Cales and Will, R.E. and Dennis Dick.
