Obituary

Lola Jean Wills, 58 of Hinton, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday January 4, 2024 at CAMC Memorial Division Hospital in Charleston following a short illness.

Born July 7, 1965 in Hinton, she was the daughter of the late Roland V. and Ethel Mae Adkins Gross.

Lola was a graduate of Hinton High School and was the former manager of Family Dollar in Hinton. She was also a former cook at the Hinton Dairy Queen. Lola enjoyed gardening, being outdoors, thrifting and sitting on her swing. Most of all she loved being with her grandbabies, whom she adored. Lola was of the Baptist faith.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Tommy Adkins and Michael, Billy, and Jim Gross and one sister, Pearly Angell.

Survivors include her son, Bobby Presley, Jr. and wife Cindy of Powley Creek; two brothers, Ronnie Gross of White Oak and Jerry Gross of Big Island, VA; five sisters, Jo Ann Burks of Big Island, VA, Dixie Bennett of Nimitz, Darlene Ludwig and husband David of Cool Ridge, Shirley Cobaugh and husband Chuck of Akron, OH and Phyllis Manderschield and husband Don of Spokane, WA; four grandchildren, Braelynn, Hunter, Colton and Miley Presley also survive.

Cremation services have been provided by Pivont Funeral Home. There will be no services at the funeral home.
