Mark Allen Ratliff, Jr., died Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at home.

Born March 28, 1970, at Bluefield, he was the son of the late Mark A. and Susan Bostic Ratliff.

Mark was graduate of Hinton High School, and a former employee of the City of Hinton Fire Department, Gore's Autobody in Hinton, and Glade Springs.  He was also a truck driver.

In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Gabe and Mary Bostic and paternal grandparents Garnett "Bulldog" and Effie Ratliff, and a son Mark Aiden Ratliff.

Survivors include a sister Tammy Honts of Catlettsburg, KY, and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Also surviving is a special cat, Abby.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Pivont Funeral Home Chapel in Hinton, WV, with Pastor Robbie Merritt officiating.

Friends may call from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the ASPCA or other animal rescue charity of choice.
