Mary Geraldine Harris, 89, of Meadow Creek, passed away at home, Wednesday, June 1, 2022, following a long illness.

Born, February 24, 1933, at Sandstone, she was the daughter of the late, Elbert and Mary Cantrell Bragg.

Mary was a member of the Sandstone Baptist Church.  She was a homemaker, and she enjoyed quilting and helping her neighbors.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Christina Holland, Charlotte Ayers, and two brothers James Bragg and Calvin Bragg, and a son Roger Harris.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son Douglas Harris, and a daughter Fonda Harris, both of Meadow Creek.  A grandson, Christopher Harris, also survives.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at 1:30 p.m., at the King Cemetery at Sandstone, with Pastor Robbie Merritt officiating.  There will be no visitation.  Those attending can meet at the cemetery.
