Maxine Kirk, 68 of Pipestem, died Wednesday March 14, 2018 in CAMC Memorial Division following a short illness.

Born March 20, 1949 at Twin Branch, WV, she was the daughter of the late Wade and Beulah Collins Roberts.

Mrs. Kirk was a former clerk at Sears Corporation in Ohio and was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by three sisters, Madge Carol Blizzard, Linda Lou Fowler and Wilma Kiser.

Survivors include her husband of 46 years, Charles Kirk. Two sons, Johnathan Kirk of Mt. Sterling, OH and Joshua Paul Kirk of Pipestem. One daughter, Nicole Frances Kirk of Pipestem. Three brothers, Wade Roberts, Jr. of Pipestem, Ralph Roberts of Buffalo, IN and Terry Roberts of Princeton. Two sisters, Loretta Mae Brown of Lerona and Ruth Yancey of Lugoff, SC. Eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday March 20, 2018 at Pivont Funeral Home Chapel in Hinton. Burial will follow in the Kirk-Adkins Cemetery at Jumping Branch. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
