Michael Lee Gore, of Hinton, West Virginia passed away suddenly at his home on Monday, January 24, 2022.  He was born on December 31, 1970 to the late Robert Maurice Gore and Jewell Hare Gore of Talcott, West Virginia.

Mike spent all of his life as a resident of Summers County, West Virginia.  At the time of his death, he was employed by Dairy Queen in Hinton.  Before his time at Dairy Queen, Mike was a master lineman working all over the eastern United States and dealing with cable/ fiber optics and power.

He was preceded in death by his parents his parents, his son Zachary Shane Eggleston of Florida, and his bother Don Gore of Talcott, WV.  Mike leaves behind his daughter Morgan Dominique Gore of Sinks Grove, W.Va., two grandchildren, three brothers: Larry "Tony" Gore and Bobby Gore, both of Hinton, and Joshua Belcher and wife Zuzana of Georgia; five sisters, Karen Gore of Hinton, Michelle Lynn Gore of Charleston, Crystal Henry and husband Lawrence Henry of Beckley, WV, Renae Hannah, of South Carolina, and Cheryl NewKirk  and husband Harvey Lee of Florida.  He also leaves behind a special niece, Teaira Gore of Hinton, a close cousin Candida Kay Boyd of Hinton, WV and many loving nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

Michael Gore's request of cremation has been honored and a memorial service will be set for a later date when friends and family can gather for a warm, open celebration of life at the Gore cemetery above Michael's old home place on 'the farm', Pie Hollow Road, Talcott, West Virginia.   Date and time will be announced in advance to afford everyone an opportunity to travel to attend.
