Pearl Graden Binion, 86, of Tug Creek Mountain Road, Hinton, died, April 11, 2018, at Summers County Nursing & Rehabilitation.
She was born in Hinton, July 5, 1931. She was the daughter of the late George and Marinda Muncie Bennett.
She was a graduate of Hinton High School, and was a supervisor in the Printing Industry in Marietta, Georgia and was also a homemaker. She lived most of her life in Summers County, except when she resided in California, and Georgia. She was a great lover of the outdoors, and enjoyed hiking, camping, and traveling, as well as gardening, canning, and cooking.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Binion, and two brothers, Canie Bennett and Robert Bennett, two sisters, Louise Harvey, and Goldie Ward, and one step-son, David Binion.
Survivors include a daughter, Carol Binion Smith and husband Danny of Sarasota, Florida, three step-children, Anne Darland and husband Bill, Jimmy Binion, and wife Shirley, and Sam Binion, Jr. and wife Lynne, all of Texas. One sister Corrie Plumley, of Hinton, 6 step grandchildren, and numerous step great grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews, and a dear friend and caregiver Stacey Lee Pitzer, and Stacey's son Tyler, also survive.
A memorial service will be held at Pivont Funeral Chapel, on Monday, April 16, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. Friends may call at Pivont Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until time of the memorial service.
