Richard Bruce Halloran, 78 of Talcott passed away Monday Oct. 7, 2019 at his home following a long battle with Leukemia.

Born June 8, 1941 at Alderson, WV he was the son of the late Percy Bruce Halloran, Jr. and Leona (Peg) Willis Halloran.

Richard was a US Army veteran. He retired from the FPC in Alderson, WV. He was a member of Rollynsburg Baptist Church where he served as a deacon.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Jo Ellen Taylor Halloran. Two daughters, Lori Halloran Rarig and husband Chris of Catawissa, PA and Jo Lynn Halloran of Talcott. One sister, Jane Thompson of Talcott.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday Oct. 11, 2019 at Rollynsburg Baptist Church with Pastor Dana Stalnaker and Timothy Halloran officiating. Burial will follow in Talcott Cemetery. Friends may visit two hours prior to services Friday at the church.

Pallbearers will be; Jerold Buckland, Danny Domeneck, Buck Crockett, Buddy Ball, Ron Williams, Calvin Cox, Harold Holley, Phillip Meadows, Rodney Ford, John David Kesler, Buster Thompson, Shawn Meadows, Ranny Rhodes, Rusty Lowry, Jamie Lowry, Hershel Cales and Mike Cales.
