Richard Bruce Larsen, age 70, of Forest Hill passed away at his home on Thursday, January 14, 2021.

Born in New Brunswick, New Jersey, December 28, 1950, he is the son of Hope Jennings Larsen, of Forest Hill, and the late Charles Richard Larsen.

Richard is a retired Electrical Engineer, and was a Navy Veteran, serving in the military during the Viet Nam era.  He was a graduate of South Brunswick High School, and he love the outdoors, and building things, and working on motorcycles.  He also loved and composed music and played in many bands.

In addition to his father, he is also preceded in death by a brother, Robert Larsen.

Those left to cherish his memory in addition to his mother, is his wife of 24 years, Lynne Postlethwaite Larsen, a son Erik Larsen, and wife Elana, of San Diego, California, a daughter Christine Larsen Burton, and husband Paul, of Jan Jose, California, and a sister Debbie Burk, of Langhorne, Pennsylvania.

At his request, Richard's body will be cremated, and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
