Robert Preston Green, Jr., 60 of Hinton, passed Thursday Feb. 18, 2021 at the home of his daughter following a long illness.

Born January 11, 1963 in Hinton, he was the son of the late Robert P. Sr. and Marcia Smith Green.

Robert was a graduate of Hinton High School and was a former employee of Asplundh Corporation. He was of the Baptist faith and was a lifelong resident of Hinton.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Roberta Green.

Survivors include three sons, Vontez and Andre Duff, both of Coppers Cove, TX and Deante' Green of Hinton; step-daughter, Moneeka Galloway of Hinton; one brother, Craig Green of Beckley; four grandchildren, Aziyaa, Addison and Amren Galloway and Dae Shawn Lilly; niece, Marissa Green; nephew, Ja'Vion Green and a great niece, Na'Ryah Green.

Cremation services have been provided by Pivont Funeral Home and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
