Retired Air Force Tech Sergeant Robert Louis Walker, age 80 of Columbus, Ohio, passed away Sunday, June 25, 2017.  He served his country for 23 years in the United States Air Force.  He retired from Nationwide Auto Parts, after 17 years of service.  He was an active member of Southside Baptist Church, where he served as a Deacon for 39 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Selma Walker, his sister, Pauline Walker, his brother, Wilburn Walker, and his son Ricky Allen Walker, and his grandson Jonathan Kerr.

He is survived by his wife Mary Alice Foster Walker, his children Shelia (Bruce) Kerr, of Dallas, Georgia, Marvin Walker of Beaver Creek, Ohio, and Susan Bugh, of Salem, Indiana, and his grandchildren, William Kerr, David Kerr, Kaitlin Bugh, and Isaiah Bugh.

Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m., Friday, June 30, 2017, at Roles Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery, Forest Hill, West Virginia. Friends may call from 12:00 p.m. until time of graveside service, at the Roles Chapel Baptist Church.
