It is with profound sadness that the family of Ryne Tyler Nahodil, age 33, announces his passing related to a motor vehicle accident on Saturday, July 12, 2025.

Born on October 21, 1991, he was the son of Gregory L. Nahodil and Denise Andrews.

Ryne was a 2010 graduate of Summers County High School where he excelled in sports, especially basketball.  He attended Concord University and obtained a degree in Political Science. Ryne was employed as a driller for the Brayman Corporation.  He enjoyed playing video games, listening to music, and watching sporting events, especially the Philadelphia Eagles.  Spending time with his family and friends and his beloved dogs, Kobe and Sophie, was his greatest joy.  This loss has left an emptiness that will never be filled, and he will be forever missed.

Ryan was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Robert and Betty Jo Nahodil and his maternal grandparents, Homer and Jean Andrews.

Those left to cherish his memory include his father, Gregory Nahodil of Nimitz, WV; brother, Corey Nahodil of Huntington, WV; sisters, Brittany Brown of Hinton, WV, Madison Osborne and Khallie Osborne; beloved niece and nephew, Bryceson and Mallory Brown of Hinton, WV.

A Celebration of Ryne's life will be held at a later date.
