Sandra Gail "Sandy" Wills Lemon, 62 of Hinton died Friday December 5, 2025 following a sudden illness.

Born October 13, 1963 in Greensboro, North Carolina, she was the daughter of Juanita Carol Buckland Wills of Hinton and the late Kenneth Calvin Wills, Sr.

Sandra was the family nurturer and caregiver. She made a gracious home, raising her children and then taking care of her parents and husband during their illnesses. Sandra especially enjoyed watching and spending time with her granddaughter Madisyn the past 4 years. She will be missed by her entire family.

Besides her father, Sandra was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Lee Lemon; a grandson, Brayden Lee Lemon; brother, Matthew Wills; aunt, Melba Jean Buckland; uncle, Charlie Ray Buckland; paternal grandparents, Hubert and Rosalea Wills and maternal grandparents, Charlie and Gertrude Buckland.

Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Juanita Carol Buckland Wills; two sons, Brian Lemon and Jeremy Lemon and wife Kasie of Jumping Branch; one daughter, Jennifer Richmond and husband Noah III of Jumping Branch; two handsome grandsons, Kayson and Kayden Lemon, one precious granddaughter, Madisyn Grace Richmond; two brothers, Kenneth "Bubby" Wills, Jr. and Dennis Wills, both of Hinton.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday December 9, 2025 at Upland Cemetery with Pastor Benny Allen officiating. Those wishing to attend the graveside are asked to meet at the cemetery.
