Sheila Ann Hellems Kuziak passed away at 7:58pm, February 4, 2016 in Summerville, South Carolina. She was a former resident of Hinton, WV and always took pride in being an "Avis Kid".

She was born March 30, 1942 in the home of her beloved Grandmother, Tina Upton Ratliff. She was the daughter of the late Donald E. "Crow" Hellems and Virginia L. "Toodie" Ratliff Hellems.

Survivors include her loving husband of 45 years, Robert H. Kuziak; her beloved son: Robert Allen Kuziak, both of Summerville; grandchildren: Chloe Annabelle Kuziak and Brayden Maddox Ford, both of Summerville; brothers: Tommy Joe Hellems (wife Susie) of Carolina Beach, NC, Gary Douglas Hellems of Clarkdale, AZ; sister Joann Hellems of Summerville; Uncle Benny Paul Hellems (wife Dotty) of Lewisburg, WV; niece: Geri Lee "Punkin" Lewis (husband Daniel) of Apex, NC; nephew: Jason Douglas Hellems of Ypsilanti, MI, special cousins: Linda Sherman and Betty Ann Taranto of New Berlin, NY; Mother In Law: Doris Kuziak of Ypsilanti, MI, stepdaughter: Vickie Titze (husband Kurt) of Holt, MI and stepson Robert H. Kuziak, Jr. of Lansing, MI.

At Sheila's request, a private burial service will be held at Restwood Memorial Gardens in Hinton, WV at a later date.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children-Greenville, 950 West Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29605 or any Hospice of one's choice.
