Thomas Lee Shrader, 91 of Peterstown, formerly of Beech Run, passed Wednesday October 21, 2020 at Springfield Center at Lindside, WV.

Born January 18, 1929 in Hinton, he was the son of the late Charles O. and Virginia Bennett Shrader.

Thomas was a retired plumber and electrician. He was of the Baptist faith and was an avid fisherman. He had resided in Monroe County for several years and was beloved by his entire family.

He was preceded in death by his wife, June Patrick Shrader; two sons, Ricky Shrader and Charles "Speedy" Shrader; one daughter, Barbara Gillian; three brothers, Marvin, Ronald and Norlan Shrader and one sister, Doris Ann.

Survivors include a son, David Shrader, and wife Rhonda of Oklahoma City, OK; 7 grandchildren and several great grandchildren also survive.

The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Friday October 23, 2020 at Pivont Funeral Home in Hinton. Graveside services and burial will be held at 12:00 p.m. Friday at the Bennett Cemetery on Sunset Hill near Hinton with Pastor Tim Spencer officiating.
