Ti'sean was a joyful and handsome baby boy. Born on July 23, 2019 in Wheeling WV and was the son of Aseanti Rakell Skidmore.

Ti'sean passed away May 2,2020 after being in recovery from Ruby Memorial Hospital.

Other survivors include his uncle Lawrence E'sean Skidmore, a great aunt Chevon Star Carter and cousins Coruana Carter, Kyleigh Edwards and Amerie Edwards all of Beckley WV.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday June 6th, 2020 at Esquire Cemetery in Hinton. The family will receive friends from 1:30 until time of departure for the cemetery at 2:45 p.m.
